Here is my deal... I do great tracking my food during the day, then when dinner time comes I am unsure of how to easily track what I have planned to eat. For example if I had Homemade Lasagna for dinner how do I track what is actually the values in the portion I have eaten. I like to make homemade main course dishes at dinner time for everyone but just don't know how to go about getting my vaules for a serving size. Any help or ideas someone could offer would be great!
Thank you :flowerforyou:

put all the ingredients in the recipe maker on here and divide by how many portions you make.0

For homemade stuff, I plug in the recipe (click the Food tab, then click Recipe). Then you can adjust it for whatever size portions you're making. It's pretty easy.0
