Calories & 30 day shred???

Any body have any idea how to count the 30 day shred as far as calories? My plan is to do 20 min 30 day shred and then 15 min mile walking on treadmill.

Not sure how to count 30 day shred. Appreciate your help

    Most people log it as circuit training here. Some sites say approx 200 cals. I did level 2 last nite with my new hrm and burned 230. I'm 5'5" and weigh 207. Hope that helps

    i burn anywhere from 160-220 depending which level i am on. i am 5ft 2 and 133lbs
  • I log mine as 18 minutes circuit training. I don't have a HRM so not sure how accurate this is compared to how many I'm actually burning but I'm right at the beginning so it's still hard work haha....

    i use a hrm for me and i log it as 27 min, i include the warm up and cool down as well..

    Thanks. I am logging 180 cal burned for now at level one. Did day one. Loved it.
