OK, slight detour with happy hour and then a few beers with the boys last night, but it's all in the diary...full accountability, and now back to keeping it clean. Get after it!

The weekends are why I weigh myself on Friday mornings
I am learning to exercise, I have learned to heat a healthier diet, and I am striving to balance my week with having fun on the weekends!

I try to skip the beer and mixed drinks, and go to the alcohol. Easy to overdo it, but a martini will get you in the weekend spirit in a hurry, is pretty diet friendly and no morning aftereffects, at least for me. YMMV0
