So, I've been at this for awhile. Unfortunately I totally exhausted myself and my body by doing cardio 6 days a week and weight training a few days a week. Because of this, I've had to take a 4 day break in my usual routine of exercise since I can barely get out of bed.
Anyway, I am at a loss...sadly not a weight loss. My clothes fit the same, I look the same, measurements are the same, and my weight fluctuates a few lbs here and there. It's rather frustrating. I put a lot of work and effort into my exercise and diet and to not have any physical changes occuring is getting old. I feel like why should I bother going thru all of it to not see any progress. I have no new definition, no loss of chubs, and no loss in inches.
Am I doing something horribly wrong? I don't get it, I really don't. I've lost all motivation
