    I've got ~200 to lose. I've found I need to join a gym because when i say I'm going to exercise at home I find I get distracted and it doesn't happen.

    My starting weight was 301 and I have lost a bit over 125 with about 30 more to go. I started MFP about a week ago because I could not keep up with my food journal book. I found this site to be so much easier.

    I have about 120lbs to lose, total. I started almost two weeks ago and have lost 8lbs so far. Right now I'm focused on a shorter term goal of 30 lbs. The overall goal is a little overwhelming.
