oven toaster grill!

Hi,
this isnt exactly one of those food and nutrition questions, I have started cooking recently, and am planning on buying an oven toaster grill for my kitchen. the thing is, all the specifications of different products are as good as roman to me.

my basic needs are (in the order)

1. grilling
2. cooking lasagnas, pies etc
3. try out one of those amazing low calorie brownie recipes in the recipes forum
4. re-heating food-(i can live without this, no problem)

so, basically I need advice on product specifications like

a) Rotisserie- is it a must? or does non-Rotisserie OTG grilled chicken are good enough?
b)auto thermostat
c) turn table?
anything else i should be looking for?

PS: I am thinking of going for a 12 to 16 L model.( or should i go for a convection microwave oven instead?)
