I am new here, glad to see some Trader Joe's info - not only are they a great source for natural, yummy and healthy food, but they send out newsletters, and treat their employees very well so it is worth going there on that level as well. (No, I don't work there!)

I hope to lose 35 pounds, I hope you all reach your goals. Hard work, and worth it.
