blueberry muffin in a cup???

I seen it on here and silly me did not write it down. I looked through the recipe page and i do not see it. Does anyone have this? I bought the oats and blueberries and brown sugar and am hungry to try this. (oh and company is coming over tonight and i want to suprise them) Thanks bunches
