Work out Video/Dvd Suggestions

Hi Everyone. I work full time and I have a 5 years old boy so I really don't have time to go to the gym. So I've been using Jillian Michael's 30 days shred and No More Trouble zones. I get up at 5am to work out and then shower, drop my son off at daycare and then get to work by 8:30am.
So my time for a workout is pretty limited. I use the 30 days shred level 1 -2 for cardio and use the No More Trouble Zone for strength training. I also run on my treadmill in between videos to mix things up a bit because I know you're not supposed to be working the same muscle groups all the time. But I do want to switch things up a bit but I've tried other videos before and this seems to be the most effective and easiest to follow. I have tried Chalene Johnson's Turbo Jam and I've watched that video 15 times and honestly, I have no eye/body/fast pace coordination. I really cannot follow the twist and turns no matter how many times I've watched and follow that video! I've come to the conclusion that I just can't dance! hahaha
I was wondering if anyone can give me some suggestions on a good workout DVD(s) that is not too fast pace where I can follow at home just to switch things up a bit? Any input would be highly appreciated and I am also new here. Almost a month. I am looking for some fitness pals to motivate and encourage each other. Please feel free to add me if you like. ^___^

You sound like me!!! I have to get up at 4a.m to workout, so I'm always looking for good videos that are short (but effective). I just started Billy Blanks PT 24/7 series. I like Billy's older TaeBo videos, so I decided to give this a try. Here is what I think:
Pros: Each video is 30 minutes long, rotates between 7 videos, can be done by beginners
Cons: the resistance bands don't stay on (I had to use my own), no stretching, a little pricey
I also like Denise Austin's Boot Camp, Total Body Blast. This video is 40 minutes long with a 20 minute cardio and 20 minute strength training. You can do both sections together or chose one. Some equipment is needed for this video (ball and hand weights). She makes you do a million squats!!!
Insanity form Beach Body is good as well. Very tough and challenging. The first month is 45 minutes per video and the second month is 60 minutes. This series is great for toning.0
