The same 3.3 miles as Monday, but took a minute off my time!
Really feeling tired after 3 days in a row, running again tomorrow and Saturday.
How many days a week do you run?
Did you start with 2-3 days, then work up? Or just short runs everyday?
I also cycle 2-3 days a week for cross training mixing in kickboxing and elliptical as well.
