I posted this on the motivatin/support group and had no response so Im reposting this.

Ok quick background info:

- former disordered eater back in 2005-22008 until I got pregnant
- gained tons in my pregnancy
- have been trying to lose the weight the healthy way since having my daughter
- exercising sparked a passion in me for fitness, working on my personal training certification right now
- doing p90x2 right now. Finishing the program in one week
- still can't shred the last ten lbs
- I have had maybe two or three days since starting p90x2 where I've gone over my allotted calories
- we do have treats but even with our treats, I stay under my calories
- recently upped my calories from 1200 to 1500 and I am struggling HARD to eat that much

I've made my diary public, as hard as it is for me to do so

I'm just at the end of my rope here. I've been working so hard and while I have lost 20" since the end of December, my efforts aren't showing on the scale (where, yes, I know I put too much thought and care into). I was 130 lbs prior to getting pregnant, ballooned to 200 in my pregnancy and am now at 142.8 (or, according to my scale this AM, 144.8 after a month and a half of being 142.8). I dont understand how I have gained weight and it is PISSING me off.

I am frustrated.

Forget about the weight for a while. I know it's hard but just let it go. Eat at your maintenance calories.
Keep with it for at least a month and look at the mirror or measure. Ignore the scale.
Concentrate on the strength training and get your muscles where you want them to be.
You are doing fantastic on your protein levels-that will really help.
