I have lost 10 lbs but measurements have not changed. Any suggestions? Where is the lost weight coming from?

Try more measurements, neck, arm, hips etc.
If you're concerned about your middle, try stuff like:
drinking lots of water and cutting back on salt
working on posture
isometric exercises like squeezing in your abs and holding a different times throughout the day
A 10lb loss is awesome. Congrats! I don't know how much more you plan on losing, but it makes sense that as you lose more, you'll see results in more places. Keep up the good work, your results are coming!1 -
It comes from everywhere, not just one specific spot.0

sometimes its water... which means that your body is releasing excess water that it was holding onto. take measurements; neck, biceps, waist, thigh, belly (below the belly button where most of us pouche. it'll give you a better idea of what's going on with your body.1

I have 9 more lbs. to lose to get to my weight range. However, to look at my belly it better all come from there! Thank you for the encouragement and tips. I have taken thigh and waist measurements. I will try the isometric exercises.0
