Allow myself to introduce. . . myself

Yo.
I've been down this road before over the last few years but basically doing exercise only. And it worked GREAT!
Then I hit a major plateau, injuries, ect, but I pressed on. . . and on. . . and on. . .
After smoking (relatively) all my legs in the TN Ragnar, struggling to run just 4.7 miles on my second leg Ragnar Florida Keys this past January was a huge wakeup call. By the end of February I had just about gained about half what I initially lost three years ago.
I knew I wasn't eating correctly, but keeping track was tedious. Manually entering nutrition information for every little thing. . . I had been keeping track with Excel.
I needed something more. . . portable. Found this in the Windows Phone Marketplace and thought, "Well, let me try that!" So far so good. Down 9 (mostly glycogen and water, I expect) so far. We'll see what happens next week. I hope to introduce cycling again very soon (need some clyde friendly wheels)
Also just finished week 2 of onehundredpushups. So I'm staying busy.

I plan on Maryland to D.C. and TN (again) this year.
*O.K well, I did learn that I no longer like Gu, which is unfortunate because I still have a lot of Gu in the "energy" drawer. FRS on the other hand is like a magical potion of. . ."One mile to go already? But I'm not even tired!"0
