    Hi & welcome. Ohio here.

    I've been on since Jan 7, 08 and I love it. It really helps keep one on track. Weigh-in for me is Mon but as of last Mon I was down 12lb. It is fun finding and adding your choice of foods. This has been the most motivation I have had in years.
