Remember - Strength training

Hi there,
Is there anyway to save my strength training sessions I.e like remembering a meal?

Each time I go to the gym I use different weights or machines to I.e day 1, day 2 or day 3
Rather than having to scroll back and find the last time I used for example day 2 I'd like to select it under My Exercises as a 'group' selection that would contain all the exercises I do on day 2.

Any comment would be most welcome

    There is a "Copy from date" selection under quick tools. Other than that I am not sure. Strength training has always been so hard to log on here, especially on the phone version, that I just skip logging it and figure it good enough that I did it.
