Exercises that are good for thighs?

My thighs are a big problem at the moment. They dont seem to get any smaller! I have dropped a dress size but they wont budge. Does anyone have any recommendations for exercises to help? Thanks :)

    A body starts in the kitchen. The food pyramid is the best way to eat. Moderation and portion control is the key. Drinking water is important as well.

    Running is reallly good for the thighs! You will be suprised at how much fat you will loose off the thighs when you start running! Start off slowly though, and then work your way up. Maybe you can follow the C25K, which is a running programe :) Alot of people have had good results from that. Google it, and see what you think. But running burns soo many calories its unreal!

    You can't spot reduce......if u want to reduce the size I say cardio is your best bet at this point. Walking or running are great for your legs...also depends on if u are working out at home or in the gym...I like Jillian's killer buns and thighs video for targeted toning!
