What exercise level am I?

I always just put sedentary because I'm never really sure.

So I am a cheerleading coach, so I work in the afternoons for about 4 or 5 hours, but I am mainly instructing and not physically doing the skills.
Then I also try and go to the gym atleast 3 times a week. I've been doing the les mills 1 hour classes.
But other than that I don't think I do too much. So would I be sedentary?

    I would say you'd be closer to "lightly active", then log your extra exercise on top. Good luck!
