Hello!
I stumbled upon this site today by accident and found it interesting. I've been working out for the past month and I have to say I've been very committed. If you're interested, here's my short story:
I lost my job this past July and I worked in the restaurant business so I went from being on my feet and running around 8 hours a day to not. So since then I must have put on 10 or 15lbs. I haven't weighed myself and I dont really want to. The scale will make me crazy. Years ago when I was on a diet I got so obsessed with weighing myself, I would weigh myself after drinking a glass of water lol. So my mom through out the scale and it was probably for the best. Now I just go by the way my clothes fit or measurements. Anyway, I want no actually need to loose weight by the summer. I've been really enjoying exercising because I've been doing Zumba and I love it. It makes it fun and half the time you dont feel like your working out. I dont know how many pounds I lost but Im pretty sure it has to be around 5. I just started doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd. She is so intense but you can really feel it working. As for eating, I've never been a big junk food person or do I eat a lot. I had to start reminding myself to eat breakfast and have healthy snacks every few hours. So that's my story, I look forward to meeting you guys and exchanging tips and so on. :smile:

    Welcome, a friend shared this site with me a few weeks ago. I lost about 40 pounds on my own but could never get lower than 210. I'm using the tools and support here to get past that mark. Good luck to you!
