Cheat day- vent

I just have to get this off my chest...I am getting a guilt trip for having a cheat day today...

Breakfast - 1/2 a protein bar
Lunch - apple, 1/2 protein bar

From 7-4 I have been at twelve job interviews, I am sick, and I hit -20 pounds today...I am sorry, but I am going to have three pieces of pizza. I am sick, tired, and hungry...don't mess with me!
