Jillian's 90 Day Body Revolution

Hi Everyone,
I cant seem to find another place to post this, or a way to ask questions to the JM team. I am looking at the 90 day revolution, have just finished the first week and am meal planning for the next week.

On the first page she states that it should be 250 cal breakfast, 400 cal lunch, 150 cal snack and 400 cal dinner however some of her dinners are less than 400 cal per serving (ie they are more lik 250 cal per serving), should I increase my serving size to equal closer to 400 cal?

Thoughts?

    They come with sides that she wants you to make with them. She has a chart that will show you what she wants paired together to make a meal, although you can change it up if you want.
