As I'm increasing how much I workout, I think I am finding that my stamina increases faster day by day and I am able to work out more or longer with higher energy. But my muscle takes longer to recover and is sore longer. (Does that sound right?)
I was pretty much just wondering if anyone can explain why this is (how the body's working.)

i think it means you need to start varying your routines more that way you can give certain muscles a chance to recover.
in general you dont want to work out the same muscle group 2 days in a row if you're weight training. also for cardio, you can use a variety of machines since each one will be working you out a bit differently0
