BMI.......No Longer obese NSV

29.8 BMI now
I post for two reasons:
A: Its funny that 1 lb ago I was considered obese due to this chart
B: To let people know that your BMI classification, isn't necessarily an accurate representation of your health or fitness level.

I agree, the BMI is an average means of determining your health. If people want a more accurate BMI reading a really good nutritionist (I saw one through my healthcare provider for free) often have more accurate means to record your BMI using electrodes. However, my nutritionist informed me that some gyms use electrodes to get a BMI for their clients but it's often not the same nor as accurate as what you would get in a medical setting.0
