Hey everyone I'm new to MFP, i just started using the app yesterday and so far i love it. I'm hoping to lose some serious weight by the time summer has come. I've gained alot of weight and I just don't feel pretty anymore. I think alot of it has to do with the fact that i eat out of boredom and I also get hungry like every 2 hours and I would eat at allllll times of the day and night. Last night was the first night that i had to just stop and not eat past 9pm. If anyone has ANY tips or suggestions please feel free to share them!

    Healthy choices and portion control. Get a food scale to make sure you are not over estimating portion size.
