Not Bad for the 1st Month

I started on the 1st of January weighing in at a whopping 222, 30 days later and lots of hard work, I just stepped off the scale and I have dropped 10 big ones..... I'm happy.... Great motivation to keep going...

Thank you all for your kind words... Well my goal for this month is 5 lbs especially since this is a short month. I find it hard to get on the scale only once of month but sometimes I just get too bogged down on that number so, I think once a month is what works for me....

Way to go!!!! Congrats on the weight loss and staying off the scale.....it's far too easy to get hung up on numbers.0
