Body Fat Percentage

So I had my body fat checked again today and I'm down to 15%!!

Of course by BMI standards I'm "overweight" by according to body fat I am in the lean category heading towards athelte status.

Not bad for a 53 year old. (As of Monday the 4th).

    Hey, that kicks *kitten*! Keep up the great work. I'm a HUGE believer in body fat percentage as a good way to judge progress. The less fat we have, the better our body's work in general, regardless of weight. Fat is a static substance, it does no work on it's own, it's just a drain on the body (granted, we NEED a little bit to live healthy, but other then that small amount...).
