What does the net number mean if its negative or if its not negative on myfitnesspal. Thanks guys

The net number is the calories you've eaten minus the calories you burned off via exercise. You are supposed to eat your exercise calories back as MFP has already created a deficit for you.0

Ok right now I am at 73 so you should just never let that number get into negative correct0

You should try to avoid letting any of the numbers go negative. My protein and carbs go slightly negative every now and then, but I don't let that bother me. Mostly just make sure the calorie number goes as close to zero as possible.0

You definitely do not want your NET calories to be zero.
