Calculating Crock Pot Recipes

Hi.
I have been entering my crock pot recipes into the calculator so I can log them. The thing is, most of what is cooked is left in the bottom of the crock, like the sauces and juices/oils. Should I just keep the full serving count and just deal with it, or should I just log the protein that I pull out of there? Any suggestions?
