I decided to take my measurements today and see how far I have come. I have been fighting with the scale lately (the thing is the :devil: ) but I am not sweating it. Anyways, I wish that I would have done my measurements when I first started but for some reason I didn't. The ones that I did was from Febuary 8, 2009, a month and 7 days from January 1, 2009 (when I started). I have probably lost more inches than this but I am still so excited:

Waist:
2-8-09: 55
5-6-09: 54

hips:
2-8-09: 60
5-6-09: 58

neck:
2-8-09: 16
5-6-09: 15

Chest:
2-8-09: 53
5-6-09: 50.5 (I am excited about this one, I want it to go down alot!!!!!!!)

Left thigh:
2-8-09: 25
5-6-09: 24

Right thigh:
2-8-09: 25
5-6-09: 24

Right arm (upper):
2-8-09: 14
5-6-09: 13

Left arm (upper)
2-8-09: 14
5-6-09: 13

    thanks. yes buy one, that is the best thing ever, the scale is a mechanical piece of crap or junk.
