can i start toning?

I am only down 7lbs (13 all together from the most i have ever weighed to now). I do a lot of cardio training to burn calories and started doing HIIT. I also use resistance bands to tone my arms. I saw the Jillian Michaels killer buns and thighs dvd and i really wanna get it but I am scared that I will bulk up and not get my thighs any smaller. Should I wait until I lose more weight before starting this?

I say go for it. Putting some strength training in the routine helps you burn way more calories than just cardio alone.0

Don't wait!! It was when I started weight training I started losing weight! High Intensity Interval Training and weights combined will help you (along with a good diet of course). Good luck and don't be afraid of bulking up because that is not going to happen!0
