SafSlim aka Safflower oil?

Has anyone tried SafSlim or Safflower Oil? Dr Oz recommends this product for belly fat burning. I just started using SafSlim two days ago and have lost an inch (waist/belly) and a # in those two days. Seems like a success, right, but I eat well and work out (5+ times per week) so I'm not sure if this loss is from SafSlim or my regular life activies.
Anyone else tried SafSlim or Safflower oil? And if yes, what do you think?
