Supplements

Hey everyone, have not posted in awhile. This is the what I would like to know. I want to go crazy, I know workouts that work, but honestly my diet needs something more. I want more energy when I work out, less response time, and more flab cut from the mid-section. Getting the flab cut is not my concern because I know that goes through gaining muscle which will burn more calories naturally. So if anyone has any ideas for great supplements for workouts, more energy (heard straight caffiene is great, if it is which pills, which brands?) and greater recover time (again which pills, brands?). I have taken whey protein before and it did wonders for me, but I had more time them, just going to school, I was working out twice a day, today I am lucky if I get to do it 4 times a week. I hope some can give some feedback, and I thank you in advance, and I hope that if there is contribution it can help others as well.
