serving size help

I have another silly question lol ! In the label of some product for example says : 1/4 = 50 calories
when I add a product in my diary in the serving option size it says 1/4 cup ( the actual product ) and 1 cup ... the thing is Im adding a Tbs I do my conversion 1 tbs to Cup .. 0.0625 I write that in the decimal option as number of serving and then n the serving size which one should I choose 1 cup or 1/4 ? I'm really bad at math and all that sorry !! hahah
