Share your week one results

I'm just wrapping up my first week. Here are my results:

down 8lbs and 5 inches,

More importantly, I ate much better than normal being mindful of proper portions and ate breakfast every day (I normally skip it) walked on four days this past week for a total of 7 hours.

Care to share your week one results?

    Hope you get a good response. I have been here for a while, so I guess I don't count - but you are doing great keep it up!

    My first week ends Monday, so I'll post then. Don't expect it to be nearly as impressive as yours, though!
