Sounds like you're doing everything right. I agree with havingitall. Print out your exercise and food journals and take it to your physician. That's a long time to be working out and eating right and not see ANY results! I'd want answers, too. Please don't get discouraged. You're living a much healthier lifestyle, even if you aren't seeing the results you want. You can do it! :flowerforyou:0

I think that if you mix up or change your daily routine you could trick your body. Sometimes it just gets so use to your everyday that there's not as much change as you would like.
I've never been to the Y but see if they have exercise classes or personal trainers to help you out.
Congrats on your hard work. Sounds like you're very committed. Just stick with it, you're body will change just give it some time!!! :flowerforyou:0
