How much sleep do you need when your dieting and excersising?

    I think 8 hours of good sleep.. I don't sleep well some nights and I can tell a difference form the nights that I do sleep well and get hours of sleep.

    Total non scientific answer - I think it's different for everyone. I used to sleep 6 hours and be good to go, anything longer and I would feel groggy for the day, now that im more active I need to get 8 hours to feel completely energized all day. My husband on the other hand is an insomniac so if he gets 5 hours it's like me getting 8 or 9 hours
