    I'd settle for even a mild sausage and mouthful of nuts.

    We have 24 hours Taco's, but its Taco Smell. I havent eaten those tacos in about 8 years.

    cheese filled sausages, polish sausages-trade up the fatty for turkey, polish sausage 2 ozs is 90 calories, Johnsonville makes a turkey better cheddar and a peperjack-110 calories.

    want breakfast sausage? jimmy dean makes turkey sausage crumbles 2/3 c for a serving, pair with egg whites! YUMMY!
    Banquet makes ready to serve turkey sausages 3 for 100 calories
    and nuts, yummy, go for it! enjoy!

    no reason to deprive, there's lots of ways to make it possible. :)
