I have been on here since Jan 2012, and I have lost 20.5 lbs and I feel GREAT! But now I'm not seeing anything, but I am losing inches. So when does inches turn into pounds?

Be patient! Every body is different. As long as you're feeling great, staying on track, and noticing your clothes getting loose, don't sweat the scale.

To be honest Rona, I would much prefer to lose inches over pounds!
Persist with it, and I'm sure you'll start to see the results that you're aiming for :)

    Agreed!!!
but maybe try incorporating strength training into your exercise routine...if you don't already...
it makes a huge difference in your body's appearance!!!

Just be patient. Even though i've been losing inches through tighenting and toning i haven't lost a ton of weight yet. I've started on a detox program that has me feeling great!!! I'm sure the weightloss will soon follow :)

Difference between losing inches and losing pounds - you can physically SEE and FEEL when inches are lost, but you cannot carry scales around to show people. Long story short, don't worry about scales at all.
