a little confused???

Based on my profile, my base calories for each day is 1200, I usually earn about 500-700 calories per day through my workouts, which would bring my calorie intake up to 1700-1800 per day. my weight loss is programmed for 2 lbs per week. when I google other calorie calculators, they all say I should be eating 2000-2200 per day to lose weight??. I am not seeing the results I thought I would see at this point and I am wondering if it is because I am not eating enough?. I am
fairly new to the site, so I am not sure if the calculators work differently. Any advice, thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
