Apologies for posting about coffee AGAIN!
Posted before and muddled my coffees - I know, 'How could I?!'
I've looked everywhere for calories in a flat white but even the Costa website seems to tell you how many calories in the 'extras' that you add, nothing about what's in the coffee itself.

Most coffee is 5 calories and yes you can count it as water if you want.0
