Anyone here ever tried it? I just got the book today and the Shopper's Guide. Just wanted to know if anyone has ever tried it with any success? Or failure. Thanks.

    I have the book, it is a similar controlled carb plan to that of its cousins (Protein Power, South Beach diet, Atkins, Eat Fat / Get Thin, etc......)

    It is great for diabetics or for those who might have sluggish metabolisms or some sort of metabolic disorder.......
