I am doing a push up challenge. I had to do an exhaustion test 4 days ago. My lower left abdomen hurt very bad the rest of the day and night. Hurt to move. Got better the next day.
Took my day of rest. And then continued on with my push up routine. I could barely finish 10 and was in a ball on the floor crying because the lower left of my abdomen hurt so bad It hurts to stretch out, it hurts to curl up. It just hurts. It's not a little muscle soreness. It's a searing pain.
My question, is this a pulled muscle? Should I continue to fight through the pain? Would this be doctor worthy? I am going to be so upset if this delays my progress!

Seconded. You don't know what you might have done, you could have a hernia for all we know! Don't delay in getting yourself to the docs asap!
And hope it feel better soon! x0
