OK so I'm close to my goal weight, but the closer I get, the bigger the hurdles are to jump over (metaphorically). I really want to get to my healthy goal weight foy many reasons. One main factor is so that I can hopefully join the navy reserves or national gaurd. Haven't decided yet (any opinions?). I have also chosen to stop tracking fruits and veggies, is this a wise chose? One more thing, I don't usually eat back my calories, problem or no? Thanks for the feedback MFP peeps, much appreciated!

To be honest, I think not tracking fruits and veggies might be a good idea. For one they contain sugar, so it can be quite deceiving when you track it in MFP and find out you have gone over your sugar intake, but with healthy fruits and veg only. I think the sugar it tracks on this site should be from other sources that aren't naturally occurring.
I think another way of doing it is selecting quick calorie instead, so that way the sugar isn't added on, but the calories are.
With the eating back exercise calories, some people agree with eating them back because let's say you have a 250kcal deficit set already, if you burn 500kcal in that day, your deficit for that day is now 750kcal, meaning you would of chosen 1.5lb weight loss for that day out of the whole week. I prefer to eat back calories and try my best and I still lost weight. When you eat back those calories, you are essentially eating the protein to repair your muscle and carbohydrates to restore used up energy. I think it's a good idea to eat it, if you can't manage to eat them all, just try your best to eat half of them at least.0
