Perky carrot apple raisins salad (no mayo)

I made this salad last week and I am making it again to take to the office for lunches (doubling the batch). Some of you might like it; it is a tasty carrot salad without mayonnaise. My servings consisted in chopped green leef lettuce (about 2 cups of lettuce) mixed with a little bit of low sodium soy sauce, topped with 1 cup of the carrot salad.

Dressing
Reduced sodium soya sauce - 1 tbsp -10 cal.
Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp - 0 cal.
Ginger (puree or grated) - 1 tsp - 15 cal.
Splenda - 1 tsp - 0 cal.
Onion powder - To taste - 0 cal.
Salt - To taste - 0 cal.
Pepper - To taste - 0 cal.
Wafu light (Japanese) dressing - 1 tbsp - 40 cal
total: 65 cal. (almost ¼ cup)
Salad
Shredded carrots - 2 cups - 90 cal.
Green apple, chopped - 1 apple - 80 cal.
Raisins (currants) - 1/4 cup - 130 cal.
total: 300 cal.
(Yields about 3 cups) 1 cup salad with dressing: 120 cal.
