How do you recover from a bad night?

Yesterday I threw a party with all my friends.. I let loose and ate and drank too much. I don't regret it because it is so extremely rare we get a girls night.
However, with that said, I'd like to get some ideas how to recover from such blow. Is there a good way to cleanse the body of the junk I put in it. A special fast, exercise and take down the calories for a day, or just get back to the normal routine?

Water and just get back on track. When I drink (maybe once every 6-8 weeks depending on the season lol) I drink HEAVY lol. And it usually (not all the time) puts me "back" a week or more (hence why it doesn't happen that often lol). Just forget about it, it's done now. We all days where we indulge, just never stop trying and tracking0

I drink at least a gallon of water the next day - green tea - and eat half a cantaloupe if I had a high sodium gain! (Potassium galore)0

Lots of water and a workout that makes you sweat... That's how I recovered yesterday0

I'm recovering today from a Jack Daniels night I drink a lot of bottles of water with those drink packets, like ocean spray cran-lemonade. And in all honesty, I eat a big greasy breakfast. Then I feel really good so I just start eating very clean the rest of the day.0

Extra water, do twice the excercise and stay on track for the rest of the week. I have one day a week that I eat what I want (within reason), but definately go over my cals for the day. I just drink extra water and do extra excercises. Don't beat yourself up. Today is a new day and a fresh start;)0
