MFP is so simple, it's hard to imagine not succeeding. When telling my "secret" of weight loss to friends who have noticed my shrinking body, I thought up this "Recipe" for MFP Success:
2 parts Determination (a.k.a. Can-Do Attitude)
2 parts Commitment
1 part OCD (to track each and every calorie)
a healthy dose of Reality Check (some of the database entries are simply not right, nor is some of MFP's calories burned)
a large pinch of Patience (if you're looking for fast results, you aren't going to be successful in the long-term)
Any thoughts about what should be added to this "Recipe" for MFP Success???
