Just had a baby!

I just had a baby 2.5 weeks ago. I'm not able to do full on work outs yet- but I can walk and can definitely track my food! Did any of you just have a baby and looking to lose weight too? I'm looking for support! :) I want to lose between 80-100 pounds. It's going to be a long journey but I know I can do this!!
