Hot yoga after weight training is yummy!

I just tried it yesterday and it is the best after doing weights, circuit training, interval training, etc. Felt like a really nice reset button. Slept like a baby, tight muscles gone, and ready for a new week of training! Definitely recommend it for those who may be on the fence.
