To eat or not to eat workout calories?

I need some advise on weather or not to eat my workout calories?

    Did you set your activity level to NOT include exercise? (That's the way MFP intends.)

    If so, then yes. Eat your exercise calories.

  • personally i do not eat back my workout calories. i feel like it sort of undoes what i just did. but you still can, it will just cause weight loss at a slower rate

    It will cause initial weight loss at a slower rate. After a few weeks when your body gets used to you starving it, you will stop losing weight entirely. At this point, the people who eat their exercise calories will lose more.
