    WOW I've been using it since 1/1 and only lost 19lbs. I know your a guy and you lose faster but how did you lose 52 lbs in 10 weeks? That is AWESOME!

    I eat 1500 to 1800 max most days some days less, I walk two - three miles day day at a brisk pace. It's what I'm eating low carb,low fat, high protein .
