Hello all, sorry for this question as it may be stupid, but when training with a barbell do you count the weight of the barbell? I know they range in weight from I believe 35-45 lbs. How do you know how much it weighs and should I count it in my total?
Thanks....
Thanks....

I count it, and it depends on the weight of the bar that your facility uses. If it is olympic rated, it is probably 44 pounds, and like most people, the weight is rounded to 45 to make calculations easier.0

You're lifting the bar right? Then count it.0
